Preukusna piletina koju ćete obožavati, gotova za samo deset minuta, idealna i sutradan, fina hrskava a ujedno sočna piletina osvojit će vas na prvi zalogaj....
Potrebno:
- 2 kašike kikiriki putera bez palminog ulja ili šećera
- 1 češnja češnjaka, sitno isjeckan
- 1 kašika curry u prahu
- nekoliko kapi sojinog sosa
- 2 kašike soka od limete
- 2 pileća filea bez kože,(oko 300g) isečeni na debele trakice
- 1 krastavac oko 10 cm , isečen na prste
- slatki čili sos
Priprema:
Zagrijte pećnicu na 200C / 180C ventilator / plin 4 i položite u posudu za pečenje masnim papirom.
U zdjeli pomiješajte 2 kašike bučnog kikiriki putera s 1 sitno naribanim češnjakom češnjaka, 1 kašikom praha curry, nekoliko kapi sojinog sosa i 2 kašike soka limete i sve dobro izmješajte, pa po potrebi dodajte čašu kipuće vode da biste dobili konzistenciju premaza.
Dodajte 2 fileta pilećih prsa bez kože, iseckajte na trakice i dobro izmešajte.
Rasporedite na lim za pečenje, razmaknute i pecite u rerni 8-10 min dok se ne skuha, ali ne previše, tako da je još sočno.
Jedite toplo sa oko 10 cm krastavca, izrezanim na prste, i slatkim čili sosom.
Nutty chicken satay strips
Ingredients:
- - 2 tbsp chunky peanur butter without palm oil or sugar
- - 1 garlic clove, finely grated
- - 1 tsp Madras curry powder
- - few shakes soy sauce
- - 2 tsp lime juice
- - 2 skinless, chicken breast fillets (about 300g) cut into thick strips
- - about 10cm cucumber, cut into fingers
- - sweet chilli sauce, to serve
Method:
- Mix 2 tbsp chunky peanut butter with 1 finely grated garlic clove, 1 tsp Madras curry powder, a few shakes of soy sauce and 2 tsp lime juice in a bowl. Some nut butters are thicker than others, so if necessary, add a dash of boiling water to get a coating consistency.
- Add 2 skinless chicken breast fillets, cut into strips, and mix well. Arrange on the baking sheet, spaced apart, and bake in the oven for 8-10 mins until cooked, but still juicy.
- Eat warm with roughly 10cm cucumber, cut into fingers, and sweet chilli sauce.
