Ovaj recept je savršen spoj zlatnih, hrskavih pilećih butina sa slatkom paprikom, vrpcama od tikvica i rezancima od jaja i zaista je odličan za užurbane radne dane. Spakovan sa puno povrća i masom okusa od belog luka, čilija, soje i limete, spreman je za uživanje za samo 35 minuta.
Potrebno:
- 1 kašika suncokretovog ulja
- 750 g pilećih butina, bez kostiju
- 250g smrznute narezane mešane paprike
- 1 tikvica, oguljena u vrpce, sjemenka sjeckana u sredini
- 1 kocka pilećeg temeljca
- 250g pakiranje srednjih rezanaca od jaja
- 4 češnja belog luka, sitno nasjeckana
- ½ žličice zdrobljenog čilija, plus dodatak za posluživanje (opcionalno)
- 4 kašike sojinog sosa sa smanjenom soli
- 2 žličice šećera
- 1 limeta, ½ sok, ½ narezan na klinove za posluživanje
Priprema:
Zagrijte ulje u woku na srednje laganoj vatri. Pržite piletinu s kožom prema dolje 10 minuta ili dok koža ne postane hrskava. Preokrenite i pržite 10 minuta ili dok se ne skuha. Prebacite na tanjir; labavo prekriti folijom.
Zagrijte vok na jakoj vatri, dodajte papriku i nasjeckanu tikvicu; miješajte 5 minuta. U međuvremenu, prokuhajte posudu s vodom, izmrvite u njoj kocku za temeljac, a zatim dodajte rezance. Pirjati 4-5 minuta dok se samo ne skuha, a zatim dobro ocijediti.
Dodajte beli luk i zgnječeni čili u vok; miješajte 2 minute. U posudi pomiješajte soju, šećer , koricu i sok limete. Dodajte u vok, mješajte oko 2 minute, a zatim dodajte vrpce tikvice i rezance. Bacite klještama da premažete sosom.

Chicken noodle stir-fry recipe
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 750g pack chicken thighs, boned, any excess skin trimmed
- 250g frozen sliced mixed peppers
- 1 courgette, peeled into ribbons, seeded middle chopped
- 1 chicken stock cube
- 250g pack medium egg noodles
- 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- ½ tsp crushed chillies, plus extra to serve (optional)
- 4 tbsp reduced-salt soy sauce
- 2 tsp caster sugar
- 1 lime, zested, ½ juiced, ½ cut into wedges to serve
Method
- Heat the oil in a wok over a medium-low heat. Fry the chicken skin-side down for 10 mins or until the skin is crispy. Flip and fry for 10 mins, or until cooked through. Transfer to a plate; cover loosely with foil.
- Reheat the wok over a high heat, add the peppers and chopped courgette; stir-fry for 5 mins. Meanwhile, bring a pan of water to the boil, crumble in the stock cube, then add the noodles. Simmer for 4-5 mins until just cooked, then drain well.
- Add the garlic and crushed chillies to the wok; stir-fry for 2 mins. In a bowl, mix the soy, sugar and the lime zest and juice. Add to the wok, bubble for 2 mins, then add the courgette ribbons and noodles. Toss with tongs to coat in the sauce.
- Slice the chicken into strips. Divide the noodles between 4 bowls and top with the chicken. Serve with the lime wedges and extra crushed chillies, if you like.
