Ovo jelo možete pripremiti i za dan poslije, a tako je ukusno i jednostavno za pripremiti da ćete ga htjeti svako malo spremati. Goveđe meso, ljuti fafaroni i obilje drugih sastojaka daju mu poseban okus i teksturu a gotovo je za tren!
Potrebno:
- 600 g nemasne goveđe kolenice
- so i biber
- 3 kašike ulja
- 3 glavice luka
- 5 paradajza
- 3 do 5 ljutih papričica (ili sušenih feferona)
- 4 čena belog luka
- malo goveđe supe za dolivanje ili goveđa kocka za supu
- 1 kašičica skrobnog brašna
- 300 g crvenog pasulja (iz konzerve)
Priprema:
Paprike (ili feferone) operite, prepolovite i očistite od semenki pa isecite na uske trakice. Očišćeni beli luk izrežite na listiće. Paradajz poparite vrelom vodom, potom ga isperite hladnom, oljuštite i isecite na veće kocke. S mesa uklonite svu masnoću pa ga isecite na kockice, posolite i pobiberite.
U dovoljno velikom tiganju dobro ispržite meso na vrućem ulju. Dodajte mu luk i sve propržite, a zatim dolijte malo supe. Postepeno dodajte i druge sastojke, sve osim pasulja, pa jelo pokrijte poklopcem i na laganoj vatri pirjajte dok meso ne omekša, po potrebi dolivajte još goveđe supe.
Pasulj iz konzerve isperite hladnom vodom i ocedite. Jelo povežite skrobnim brašnom koji ste razmutili s malo hladne supe. Na kraju dodajte i pasulj pa, nakon što još jednom provri, poslužite ga ukrašeno peršunom i ljutom papričicom.

5 tomatoes
3 to 5 hot peppers (or dried peppers)
4 cloves garlic
a little beef soup for topping
1 teaspoon starch flour
300 g red beans (canned)
Method:
Wash the peppers (or pepperoni), cut them in half and clean them of seeds, then cut them into narrow strips. Peeled garlic, cut into slices. Steam the tomato with hot water, then rinse it with cold water, peel it and cut it into larger cubes. Remove all the fat from the meat, then cut it into cubes, add salt and pepper.
In a large enough pan, fry the meat well in hot oil. Add the onion and fry everything, then add a little soup. Gradually add other ingredients, all except beans, then cover the dish with a lid and simmer over low heat until the meat softens, and if necessary, add more beef soup.
Rinse the canned beans with cold water and drain. Combine the dish with the starch flour that you mixed with a little cold soup. Finally, add the beans and, after the dish has boiled once more, serve it garnished with primrose and hot peppers.
