Ćureća šnicla sa nadevom od sira i maslaca je jelo koje se priprema jako brzo i lako a veoma ukusno i bogato zdravim sastojcima u finom dresingu i citrusnom okusu, zato još danas neka vaš izbor bude upravo ovo jelo!
Potrebno:
4 ćureće šnicle
50 g maslaca
100 g svežeg sira
6 kašika ulja
1/2 glavice zelene salate
100 g koktel-paradajza
zelena paprika
glavica crnog luka
4 kašike sirćeta
Priprema:
Peršun oprati, iseckati i pomešati sa sirom i maslacem i na kraju začiniti sa solju i biberom. Šnicle oprati, istući drvenim tučkom i na kraju iseći. Napuniti sa smesom od sire i povezati kuhinjskim koncem.
Zagrejati 2 kašike ulja i dinstati šnicle na tihoj vatri uz stalno okretanje, posoliti i pobiberiti. Oprati salatu, očistiti prosušiti i iskidati listove. Paradajz oprati i iseći na pola, a papriku oparti, izvaditi semenke i iseckati.
Oljuštiti i iseckati crni luk. Pomešati 4 kašike ulja, sirće, so, biber i crni luk kako bi napravili dresing. Pomešati sastojke salate i posuti dresingom. U tome servirati šnicle i garnirati sa kriškama limuna i zelene salate.

100 g of tomato cocktail

Method:
Wash the parsley, chop it and mix it with cheese and butter and finally season it with salt and pepper. Wash the steak, beat with a wooden pestle and finally cut. Fill with cheese mixture and connect with kitchen thread.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and simmer the steak over low heat, turning constantly, add salt and pepper. Wash the salad, clean, dry and tear off the leaves. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half, and scald the peppers, remove the seeds and chop.
Peel and chop the onion. Mix 4 tablespoons of oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and onion. Mix the salad ingredients and sprinkle with dressing. Serve the steak and garnish with slices of lemon and lettuce.Enjoy!
