Ovo riblje jelo spremno za 20 minuta i sadrži malo masti , savršeno za večeru ili kasni ručak a što je najbitnije pripremase jednostavno i lako!
Potrebno:
- 1 kašika maslinovog ulja
- 1 luk, isjeckan
- 400g konzervirane rajčice
- 1 žličica lagano smeđeg šećera
- nekoliko grančica timijana
- 1 kašika sojinog sosa
- 4 bakalara, fileti ili druga bijela pahuljasta riba, poput poljoka
Priprema:
U tavi zagrijte 1 kašiku maslinovog ulja, dodajte 1 sjeckani luk, pa pržite 5-8 min dok lagano ne porumeni.
Umiješajte nasjeckanu rajčicu od 400 g, 1 kašiku kašike lagano smeđeg šećera, listove nekoliko grančica timijana i 1 kašiku sojinog sosa, pa stavite da prokuha.
Pustite 5 minuta, a zatim u umak stavite 4 fileta bakalara.
Pokrijte i lagano kuhajte 8-10 min, sve dok bakalar ne porumeni.
Poslužite uz pečeni krompir ili pire krumpir.
Tomato & thyme cod
Ingredients:
- - 1 tbsp olive oil
- - 1 onion, chopped
- - 400g can chopped tomatoes
- - 1 heaped tsp light soft brown sugar
- - few sprigs thyme, leaves stripped
- - 1 tbsp soy sauce
- - 4 cod fillets, or another white flaky fish, such as pollock
- Method:
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan, add 1 chopped onion, then fry for 5-8 mins until lightly browned.Stir in a 400g can chopped tomatoes, 1 heaped tsp light soft brown sugar, the leaves from a few sprigs of thyme and 1 tbsp soy sauce, then bring to the boil.Simmer 5 mins, then slip 4 cod fillets into the sauce.Cover and gently cook for 8-10 mins until the cod flakes easily. Serve with baked or steamed potatoes.
